Episode 136: Welcome back to Real Health Radio. Today’s guest interview is with Rupert Pugsley.
Rupert studied marketing and business management after finishing school and then spent over a decade working in the soft drinks industry, working for Pepsi and then Red Bull.
About three years ago he went back to school to pursue his interest in psychology, doing a double Masters in Psychology and Occupational & Organisational Psychology.
As a researcher his focus has largely been on authenticity at work, with the title of his most recent paper being “Examining the relationship of trust in co-workers with authenticity at work and imposter phenomenon”.
Rupert is passionate about helping people discover who they are and how they can be their true self at work.
