Hi Chris, I just wanted to thank you so much for your great podcast. This was another fantastic episode and I have recommended your show to participant’s in Christy Harrison’s Intuitive Eating course of which I am a participant. I work with a non-diet therapist and dietitian as well and have been listing to you since June. Your episode on the Minnesota Starvation Experiment was a complete game-changer for my recovery. Hearing detailed explanations of the research and results in this episode and others has validated my lived experience so much and allowed me to let go of the diet mentality more and more. You’re doing amazing work and filing a very needed space in the HAES community. Thank you so much!
