Program Overview
The first call starts on Tuesday 23rd May and continues on for 12 weeks, 90-minute calls delivered live through Zoom
Calls will include me sharing content live, doing live coaching and answering your questions. If you can’t attend live, you can submit questions via email and I’ll answer them on the call
Between calls, there will be homework, which will include journaling exercises and practical exercises. You will also be setting goals and working towards these during the time together
