Episode 143: Welcome back to Real Health Radio. Today’s guest interview is with Florence Gillet.
Florence is a former client of mine and current Eating Psychology coach. She’s a recovered dieter, a feminist and a mother of two. She helps chronic dieters reclaim their freedom of body and mind without passing on fatphobic, weight-biased values to younger generations.
Her professional practice combines strategies from nutrition science and eating psychology to restore a happy, healthy relationship with food and your body.
She believe that together, we can claim back our power & inspire our children to find theirs, without stigma nor fatphobia.
