Episode 083: Welcome to another installment of Real Health Radio.
In this episode we take another look at how environmental factors like glassware size, restaurant environment, dining companions and mood can affect food choice and consumption. This episode is specifically looking at how this impacts on adults (part one addressed the affect of environment on children).

This part & part 1 were very informative. Some of the info I knew from working within the food industry as a food server. Plate size, portion, coloring, etc are all ploys to the public, however I’ve now begun my own dinner menu system, encouraging my son to help me plan out meals, shopping, etc as I believe this will help him in the long run once he graduates and eventually lives on his own. I find your podcast highly educational and use what applies to my own life, improving it one step at a time. Thanks!
