Ari is the bestselling author of the book Forever Fat Loss and The Low Carb Myth. He is a fat loss and metabolism specialist who focuses on hormonal rejuvenation and enhancement as a path to effortless body transformation. Ari has a Bachelor’s of Science from San Diego State University in Exercise Science with a specialization in fitness, nutrition, and health. He holds two advanced certifications from the National Academy of Sports Medicine and is currently pursuing his Ph.D. Ari recently released The Energy Blueprint program.
