Krista is a former university professor who turned a hobby of farting around on the internet answering health and fitness questions into a second career. She’s now the Director of Curriculum at Precision Nutrition. She’s run the women’s weight training website Stumptuous.com for 20 years. In her spare time she likes cycling, climbing, and throwing people on the floor.
