Ari is the bestselling author of the book Forever Fat Loss and The Low Carb Myth. He is a fat loss and metabolism specialist who focuses on hormonal rejuvenation and enhancement as a path to effortless body transformation.

Ari has a Bachelor’s of Science from San Diego State University in Exercise Science with a specialization in fitness, nutrition, and health. He holds two advanced certifications from the National Academy of Sports Medicine and is currently pursuing his Ph.D.
